Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, logistics, replenishment, reporting, and compliance across Amazon and other marketplaces. This is a hands-on role managing one direct report, where you’ll be directly responsible for ensuring products are in stock, operations are compliant, and fulfillment runs smoothly. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage Amazon FBA and AWD operations, ensuring accurate forecasting, replenishment, and compliance. 
  • Coordinate with 3PLs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain efficient logistics and inventory flows. 
  • Monitor inventory health and generate reports on stock, lead times, and fulfillment performance. 
  • Oversee compliance for shipments, labeling, and marketplace requirements. 
  • Manage procurement processes and ensure timely purchase orders. 
  • Support multi-channel operations (Walmart, Lowe’s, Chewy, Shopify) where applicable. 
  • Lead, coach, and manage 1 direct report, while remaining hands-on in daily execution. 

Qualifications: 

  • 4 – 7 years (up to 8) of experience in U.S. Amazon supply chain management. (FBA required, AWD strongly preferred). 
  • Strong knowledge of inventory planning, replenishment, and logistics. 
  • Excellent English communication skills (minimum professional proficiency).
