  • 2–5 years’ quota-carrying sales experience
  • Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of IT platforms such as networks, Microsoft platforms, and cloud services
  • Own transport and ability to travel to customers
  • Willingness to work after hours when required to meet deadlines
  • Strong self-motivation, drive, and goal orientation
  • Methodical, tenacious, and an effective communicator

DUTIES:

  • Generate new sales of 3rd-party application software using established company sales processes.
  • Manage sales opportunities throughout the full sales lifecycle.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and strategize new business and upsell opportunities.
  • Learn and apply proven sales processes to create new opportunities from new and existing customers.
  • Conduct cold calling and email outreach.
  • Deliver product demos and presentations.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare proposals, RFPs, business cases, and ROI documents.
  • Attend conferences to promote solutions.
  • Host webinars showcasing product updates and new features.
  • Research industry and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct account review meetings.
  • Gather and relay client feedback.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, develop solutions, and prepare reports with recommendations.
  • Handle licensing renewals, true-ups, quotes, and invoice processing.
  • Consult with clients on business requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Drive upsell initiatives.
  • Attend partner meetings and webinars.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Capture all contacts, leads, opportunities, and quotes in Dynamics 365.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 where needed.
  • Build Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on opportunities and account reviews.
