Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Salary range: 1000 – 1800 USD/month

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | EST, PST, CST (Can vary)

Position Overview:
You will actively drive our growth by spearheading outbound lead generation and managing incoming inquiries to build a high-quality sales pipeline. As a Sales Development Representative, you will leverage your rapport-building skills and professional persistence to qualify prospects, handle objections, and maintain meticulous records within our CRM platforms. This role is ideal for a results-oriented communicator with a “get it done” attitude who thrives on turning cold conversations into meaningful opportunities and is eager to constantly refine their sales craft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Management: Conduct outbound cold calls to spark prospect interest and manage incoming inquiries from motivated sellers.
- Qualification: Gauge prospect interest, determine motivation levels, and qualify leads to ensure a high-quality pipeline.
- CRM Hygiene: Diligently log all activities, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM platforms (Podio/Salesforce/Appfolio).
- Adaptive Communication: Follow outreach scripts while naturally adapting to the flow of conversation and professionally handling objections.
- Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the team to refine outreach strategies, scripts, and improve overall conversion results.
